Answer:  No, we are not the City of Sutherlin.  We are a special district created under PL566 under Oregon state law.

Question:  Can I make reservations at Plat I Reservoir?

Answer:  No, we do not accept reservations for the Plat I Reservoir pavillion or any other areas of the park.

Question:  Who operates Cooper Creek park and boat ramps?

Answer:  Cooper Creek park and boat ramps are operated by the Douglas County Parks department.

Question: Can I Hunt Ducks at Plat I Reservoir?

Answer: Yes, Please see the OFWD regulations book. Please note on October 15 we start draining plat I for flood control.   See Maps.
